Our company as well as our online store Vavoulas.gr always make sure to offer the customer detailed descriptions of the products (size, color, dimension, quality, high-resolution images), in order to provide him with optimal service. However, if a product reaches your hands and for some reason you are not satisfied, you can return it within 14 calendar days from the date indicated on the sales document and request its replacement with another product.

*A necessary condition is that the product has not been used, washed, worn or damaged and that its packaging is in its original condition without being torn or broken. Otherwise, returns will not be accepted.
